Oak Tree Residential
Founded in 1985 by Rick Rosan, Oak Tree Residential started out acquiring and converting properties in New York City to condominium and cooperative. In 2004, Jere Lucey joined Oak Tree and the company went on to acquire additional properties in the Brooklyn neighborhoods of Prospect Heights, Windsor Terrace and Kensington. In 2015, Oak Tree formed a partnership with Avanath Capital Management to focus on workforce housing in Brooklyn, NY and Fort Lauderdale, FL. The two companies have since had six joint ventures encompassing 28 properties with over 450 units under active management. Oak Tree continues to provide quality workmanship in all of its unit renovations and building improvements while also maintaining affordable housing options in these dynamic real estate markets.
Oak Tree focuses on neighborhoods where people can conveniently live, work and play. In Brooklyn, those neighborhoods include Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Prospect Heights and Kensington. The Fort Lauderdale area has a similar live, work and play dynamism.
